Hey everyone, This is a fan club Dedicated to that wonderful, beautiful, talented, scottish actor named Billy Boyd. I would like you to sign up to be a member of this Exclusive Fan Club. These are the rules:

1) You have to like Billy Boyd in someway either for any of his roles in movies or theatre, or for his musical talents. Or just because he is cute.
2) You have to respect in all the members.
3) You dont have to be a member of Deviantart, you can just send me a note or email if you like the idea and want to join: Kirbystar36@mchsi.com

If you agree then these are the steps to becoming a member:
1) You have to read over the rules (above) if you haven't already.
2) Agree with the rules.
3) Send a note to me with the subject of JOIN.
4) On the note you should type in your name, (if you are a member of deviantart) your acount name, if you want to you can type a favorite site or your own site about Billy or any thing related to Billy and I will include it somewhere in my site, and lastly a brief message about why you like Billy. You may also tell me if you would like me to include a Billy pic that you may have if you are a member or not.
5) I will put your icon (unless you are not a Deviantart member I will just put your name) on the site unless you tell me otherwise on the note you will send me.
6) Put my icon on your site so others can join too. Together we can build an even BIGGER Billy Loving community.
